
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A school maintenance worker for Selma Unified was arrested after he was accused of having child sexual abuse material, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.
Detectives with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Homeland Security Investigations arrested 24-year-old Troy DeCarlo of Fresno.
On Wednesday, detectives followed up on a CyberTip and contacted DeCarlo at his workplace at the Selma Unified School District’s Transportation Yard.
Detectives said that he was arrested on a charge of possessing child sexual abuse material, and his electronic devices were collected for further analysis.
At the time of his arrest, DeCarlo was working as a substitute maintenance worker and a groundskeeper for Selma Unified.
