For Vacation Rentals or Bed and Breakfasts: If your parcel is being serviced by Mariposa Public Utility District (MPUD) you are subject to Ordinance #58. It is highly recommended that prior to submitting for a Vacation Rental or Bed and Breakfast Application that you contact MPUD at 209-966-2515 to see how this ordinance may affect your ability to proceed with this application.
