Texas A&M Forest Service responded to a fire on the west side of highway 60 in Hemphill County on Tuesday, March 10 at approximately 4 pm. The fire was burning in grass and brush and moving in a high rate of speed. Texas A&M Forest Service worked in unified command with local volunteer fire departments.
