The Public Health Branch is proud to announce the completion of the 2024 Community Health Assessment (CHA).

The CHA is a comprehensive assessment of the community’s health through the use of public-access data, one-on-one interviews, a community survey, and feedback from stakeholders. The CHA is intended to inform stakeholders of challenges faced by our community and will be utilized to select the areas of focus in the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

The CHIP will outline specific plans for improvement of the selected areas of focus, with the ultimate goal of improving our community’s health. The CHIP priorities will be selected by a diverse group of stakeholders from different sectors and areas of the county.
