The Adult System of Care (ASOC) provides outpatient services for adults, 18 years and older, with serious and persistent mental illness. ASOC's vision is a Community with Hope through Perseverance. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and relationships for all the individuals we have the privilege and honor to serve, focusing on strengths-building and positive meaningful roles.
