2025 Property Statement E-Filing
E-Filing Process:
Welcome to the E-Filing process for Property Statements. At any time prior to submitting the Statement for E-Filing, you may print/save a draft copy for your review. When you have completed the E-Filing process you should print/save a final copy of your Property Statement for your own records.
Minimum Site Requirements for E-Filing:
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer Version 9/10/11
- Firefox Version 32.0 and above
- Chrome Version 35.0/36.0/37.0/39.0
- Opera Version 18.0/24.0
- Safari Version 5.1
Third-Party Programs:
In order to print the Property Statement that you have e-Filed, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 or greater. Please click on the Adobe Reader link below to download Adobe Acrobat if you do not already have it. It is recommended that you complete the Adobe Reader installation before you begin to E-File your Property Statement.
Security:
Secured Socket Layer (SSL) is used to ensure security. This may affect response time. We recommend your internet connection speed is 56.6 kbps or higher
First Time E-Filers:
If you are E-Filing for the first time you must complete all required information.
Recurring E-Filers:
If you E-Filed last year, you will be shown what you E-Filed or what the Assessor has on file. You must review all of this information for accuracy and make necessary corrections for your current year E-Filing.
