Fresno Police crack down on street racing, sideshows

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Police Department conducted a city-wide illegal street racing and side show enforcement on Sunday.

Police said that were a few car meet-ups, but some drivers chose to leave recklessly.

As a result of this enforcement, 48 citations were given, 10 cars were towed and four people were arrested for DUI.

Fresno Police reminds people that if they race, do sideshows, spin donuts, film donuts or contribute to any “donut-related chaos,” they may impound your cars.
