As summer settles into the Sierra foothills, one of Bass Lake’s most recognizable seasonal traditions is making its return.
Bass Lake Live, the weekly waterfront concert series hosted at The Pines Resort, is back for the summer of 2026, bringing live music, local gathering opportunities, and lakefront entertainment to residents and visitors alike.
For years, the concert series has served as more than just a music venue. It has become a midweek meeting place where families, friends, vacationers, and local residents come together to enjoy summer evenings along the shore of Bass Lake. The 2026 season opened with Night Heat on Wednesday, and features a lineup of bands performing throughout the summer. Returning acts such as Night Heat, Wild Hare, and Groovy Judy will share the stage with several other performers representing a variety of musical styles.

Bass Lake Live takes place almost every Wednesday through the summer at The Pines Resort. Admission starts at $10, with an optional BBQ dinner buffet available for purchase.
