VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A multi-vehicle crash involving a fire hydrant flooded a busy Visalia intersection Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, it happened at Mineral King and Conyer avenues around 2:30 p.m.
Per video footage, it appears a black sedan collided with the hydrant after crashing with a white pickup.
