
VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Police in Visalia continue to ask for information following the deadly shooting of an 18-year-old at a graduation party in May. The shooting claimed the life of 18-year-old Antonio Monroe of Visalia and also injured three others.
According to Visalia Police, on the evening of Saturday, May 30, they responded to a reported shooting in the 2700 block of West Victor Avenue, where they found Monroe suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the hospital, and the three others injured suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
In a statement released Thursday, Visalia Police say that investigators “know there were numerous people at the party that evening.” They ask that anyone who was there, was in the area, or witnessed anything that may seem insignificant is encouraged to come forward.
