12 Hours - Fire behavior was more active than observed during the same timeframes during the
operational period yesterday, with increased intensity driven by weather and fuel conditions.

24 Hours - On the east flank, burnout operations have been completed and are holding. Crews are conducting mop-up and securing containment lines.

On the south flank, dozers are progressing from east to west to establish and strengthen line intended to prevent fire spread toward Lawrence Creek.

On the southwest flank, holding operations remain challenging with several small slop overs
occurring outside containment lines. Resources continue to reinforce line and suppress spot
fires.

On the west flank, fire activity remains minimal from Five Creek Lane to the Powder River. The north flank is also exhibiting very little fire activity. Primary areas of concern remain between Bailey Creek and The Black and on the southeast
corner, where resources continue suppression efforts to limit spread. Continued potential
exists for active fire behavior and perimeter growth during periods of peak burning conditions,
particularly on the southern and southwestern portions of the fire.
