Location: off Old Oak Ranch Rd & Big Hill Rd in the Cedar Ridge area, northeast of Sonora
Acres Burned – Containment: 106 acres 90% contained
Structures Destroyed: 1 residential structure and two outbuildings destroyed.
Evacuations: Sierra Outdoor School and Old Oak Youth Ranch.

The Red Cross will open an evacuation center at the Tuolumne County Fairgrounds in the Creekside Room, which should be open ar 5:30 pm.
Road Closures : Big Hill Road will reopen at 10AM (9/9). Old Oak Ranch Road remains closed.
