Pedestrian Hit and Killed Near First and Nees Avenues

Police say a male adult was not in the crosswalk when he was hit by a white coupe. The driver of the coupe stayed behind and is cooperating with police. Police say they’re not sure if the power outage in the area played a part in the accident.
