A couple of futuristic developers were at Fresno State, Tuesday to pitch an idea to students. They discussed the possibility of a new town in Kings County called Quay Valley. The town would be a a self sustained, solar powered community with a "Hyperloop" and it could give engineering students a chance to get their careers started.
