Investigators say they’ve caught the man responsible for several rooftop burglaries in Southeast Fresno. Officers responded to an attempted burglary at Fatboys Market early yesterday morning near Cedar and Floradora. That’s where they found Victor Valdovinos trying to break in with a pair of bolt cutters. <br /><br />Police say he’s responsible for 12 rooftop burglaries in Fresno, they say he targets small family businesses and steals cash and electronics. He was booked for burglary and possessing burglary tools.<br /></div>
