Route Complex (Wildfire)

The Route Complex is a series of seven fires that were previously named under the Fork Complex and Mad River Complex but have been split to provide fire managers and firefighters better organization to fight the fires. The seven fires that comprise the Route Complex are 1.) Buck Fire 2.) Tierney Fire 3.) Hitchcock Fire 4.) Johnson Fire 5.) Kerlin Fire 6.) Blake Fire 7.) Chance Fire. Southern California Interagency Incident Management Team is in command of the Route Complex as of 6:00 am, Tuesday August 4, 2015. When command was assummed the fires in the Route Complex has burned a total of 13,941 acres and is 0% contained. The incident command post for the complex will be held at Southern Trinity High School at 600 Van Duzen Road in Mad River, California. The Route Complex has fires on both the Shasta Trinity Forest near the community oh Hyampom and the Six Rivers National Forest near the community of Mad River.
