See Clown Turned Miss Fresno County 2015 at Relay for Life

You have a chance to take part in an event Saturday that will help in the fight against cancer.

Miss Fresno County 2015 Keri Allred, also known as Peaches the Clown, will be there providing entertainment for kids. "I want them to understand what this is and why were celebrating those who have been loved and lost, those who are recovering and those who are fighting," said Allred.

Relay for Life is a 24 hour event when members of each team take turns walking around the track at a school. It’s a family friendly environment. Food, games and activities provide entertainment and build camaraderie.

This particular event begins at 9am Saturday at Kastner Intermediate School in Fresno.

Money raised will go to the American Cancer Society.
