Speed could’ve been factor in fatal accident, deputies say

The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate a boating accident that left a 13-year-old boy dead and a 16-year-old girl in critical condition. Deputies say the kids were on an inner tube with the boy’s dad when they were hit by a jet ski.
