NatureBridge, the largest non-profit education partner of the National Park Service, opened registration today for its Summer Field Research Course for teens at its Yosemite Institute location. The course consists of a two-week backpacking trip on which teenage participants learn about the natural history of the Sierra Nevada and earn college credit by creating and carrying out their own ecological research project. https://www.nps.gov/yose/learn/news/yisummer.htm
