Suspect arrested in Sanger kidnapping case

The Sanger kidnapping suspect has been arrested in Oregon. 

On 05/14/2015 at about 11:15 hrs. Cannon Beach Police Department and Agent’s of the Federal Bureau of Investigation took Russell Wayne Deviney into custody, without incident, just outside Cannon Beach City Limits.  Deviney was found behind a locked gate in a privately owned wooded area South of Cannon Beach.  A passerby saw Deviney and called the Cannon Beach Police Department.  When Deviney was asked his name he simply said “I’m the guy you’re looking for.”
