Tulare police investigating double homicide

Two teenage boys were found shot in Tulare last night.

Police responded to a report of gunshot victims at 11:16 last night. When they arrived two boys, 14 and 16, were found on the ground with gunshot wounds. 

One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other died at the hospital.
