10 homeless after 4-alarm fire sweeps through neighborhood

The Red Cross is providing 10 people with food, housing and financial assistance after a fire swept through their central Fresno neighborhood Tuesday. Fire crews are continuing to investigate the cause, but say as of now, they don’t believe it’s arson.
