It could take a little longer for the Central Valley to get legislation for drought relief. Congress recently walked away from a controversial drought bill and put it on hold until 2015. The legislation could ease up restrictions on the Delta pumps and bring water to the valley to save dying farmland. Environmentalists are against the idea, in favor of fish living in the state’s water supply. On Tuesday, valley leaders rallied in Downtown Fresno to restart negotiations.</div>
