Fire Cadets Tackle First Live-Burn, Look to Future Careers

21 Fresno City College Fire Academy cadets entered a 1,000-degree burn box Saturday, some for the first time. Organizers say, fire agencies across the state are finally hiring. For cadets, that means a better chance of finding employment.
