Former Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster and six others indicted

Former Fresno Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster was officially indicted today on a variety of drug charges. Federal prosecutors say he allegedly took part – in three separate conspiracies to distribute controlled substances, over the past year.

Along with Foster, six other people were indicted. They are Randy Flowers, Iran Foster, Rafael Guzman, Jennifer Donabedian, Sarah Ybarra and Ricky Reynolds.

All seven people will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon.
