Lodge Lightning Complex (also known as Lodge LCA Fire) (Mendocino County) Started 7/30/2014, updated 8/14/2014

Cooler weather and an increase in the relative humidity assisted firefighters in
completing their line in the area of the Eel River. Heavy smoke will continue to be present throughout the
Ukiah Valley. Interior portions of the fire will continue to burn and may be visible from Highway 101.
The American Red Cross has officially closed the Evacuation Shelter at Leggett School. Red Cross representatives have advised that it can be re-opened, should a need exist.
