What Are Resolutions?
Resolutions are records that document official actions taken by the Board. Resolutions can vary in the formality of their formatting but each one includes the action being taken, the date it occurred, and the votes of the Board members.
I ALREADY KNOW THE NUMBER
If you already know the Resolution number that you want, simply type it in the search bar on the left side of the page in the following form: YYYY-NNN
I DO NOT KNOW THE NUMBER
HELP! MY SEARCH IS NOT WORKING!
There are two reasons why you may not be seeing results for your desired Resolution:
1. It Is Not Yet Online - While plans are to, eventually, make all resolutions available online, at this time the online records only go back through 1999. If you need something earlier than that, please contact the Clerk of the Board’s office and we will be happy to help you (copy charges may apply.)
2. Your Search Was Not Formatted Correctly - Resolution numbers are composed of the year the action took place, a hyphen, and then a number. (For instance, the 256th resolution of the year 2013 will be number 2013-256, and also known as 13-256.)
In order for your search to yield accurate results, the resolution number MUST be typed as four digits (the year of the action,) followed by a hyphen, followed by three digits. (YYYY-NNN)
So, for example, if you are looking for Resolution number 12-1, then you will need to type in: 2012-001.
