PARCS Budget Hearing Gets Political

Activists and residents voiced their support for an additional $ 1.5 million to the Fresno PARCS Department Tuesday morning. It’s the same group behind a controversial billboard, suggesting the north side of town has more parks than the south side. City officials say, that’s not exactly correct, addressing the issue in Tuesday’s hearing.
