Shooting Arrests

A man is facing attempted murder charges for a shooting last month in Southeast Fresno.
Fresno Police arrested 20-year old Fermin Lopez on April 8th.
Officers say he fired at a car, hitting it three times.
The car stalled, and Lopez allegedly walked up and tried to fire again, but had run out of bullets.
Police also arrested 21-year old Reyes Diaz of Fresno on conspiracy charges in connection with the shooting.
