U.S. Marshall arrested for selling counterfeit jerseys

A deputy at the U.S. Marshall’s office in Fresno is under arrest, facing a felony count of selling counterfeit merchandise.

Deputy Edward Zucker, 37, was arrested Thursday. No photo is available.

Investigators say he was selling counterfeit sports jerseys. They say 38 of the jerseys were found at his home and place of employment. Zucker was cited and released.
The status of his employment is not being released.
